From Charlotte, North Carolina originally, I’ve always sought to work in the field of sports media having grown up in a professional sports market complemented with my interest in journalism, storytelling and digital media. My skillset lies in the field of sports media, communications and digital content management, and I currently work as an Editorial Associate for the Detroit Lions of the NFL. I have significant reporting and editing experience and have written stories on anyone from high-school athletes to Olympians. Though I have some experience with basic video production, I best thrive in sports writing on print, digital, and online platforms with bylines in The Buffalo News, Omaha World-Herald, DetroitLions.com and The Daily Orange, one of the top college papers in the country. Holding my bachelor's degree as a dual-major and double minor student at Syracuse University, I developed a vast skillset not just in journalism but also in information technology, sport management and Spanish literature and culture.
